Chettinadu Packer is a back packers’ hostel located in the South East of India. It is in the village of Kanadukathan, declared as a heritage village by the Government of India, described as the hidden treasure of Tamil Nadu. Kanadukathan has many huge mansions over a hundred years plus. About a handful of them are open to visitors. Chettinadu Packer is equidistantly located from Trichy or Madurai, which are the nearest Airports. Chettinadu(sic) is the railway station for Kanadukathan. The driving distance time from Chennai is approximately 6 hours+, Bangalore approximately 7 hours and Trichy or Madurai approximately 2 hours.
